Outgoing, friendly and sociable, Norma Lee, as office manager is a teamplayer – working well with the entire team, making sure that the clinical and business operations have all the resources they need to function efficiently. She uses her social networking skills working with insurance companies and other partners to ensure that the practice is compliant and up to date with state and federal regulations and the policy and systemic changes in healthcare and insurance billing.
To relax, she likes to entertain her friends by playing the piano and cooking yummy, great-tasting food.
